"Macaron Ice Cream" Launched by Restaurateur Antonio Mecheri.
In Laguna Beach, Restaurateur Antonio Mecheri decided to create a new version of the famous pastry Frenchie: Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich. A slight sweetness made of ice cream or sorbet homemade shells coated with two macaroon. US can therefore forget the ice cream cones for this season and opt for the new rival "C'est La Vie Bakery." To delight in the fall, the Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich comes with 21 different flavors including Pistachio, Rose and salted caramel.
